Weight: 150 lbs (17/10/09 – morning, before breakfast)

Resting Heart Rate: 47 (17/10/09 – morning, before breakfast)

JGF300 Test *: 28 min’s, 30 sec’s (18/10/09)

1.8 mile Run: 13 min’s, 2 sec’s (16/10/09)

 (* JGF300 Test = 150 press-ups & 150 burpees, for time)

Note: I certainly don’t want to dip any lower in weight. I’m feeling strong, but I’m feeling that 10 st 10 lbs is a little light. I will introduce some heavy weight exercises,with less reps,  into my weekly regime. Maybe I need to up the food intake as well (although I do munch a lot as it is!).

JGF300 Test (150 Press-Ups & 150 Burpees, done in any order, rest when needed)

Result: 28 min’s, 30 sec’s
