Workout 15/10/09

Complete 5 rounds (1 minute rest between each round)

Each round consists of:

Dumbell Squat – weights held under chin (10 Reps); Dumbell Chest Press – lying on floor, feet raised off ground (10 Reps); Dumbell Rows – wide leg plank position, supporting hand on brick (10 Reps each side)

Result: Completed 5 rounds (dumbell weight: 15kg + bar)
